What messages can be posted on ColonelVision?

Student organizations, campus sponsored events, and some news items. Personal messages, non-EKU activities and items for sale are not permitted.

How do I get something posted on ColonelVision?

Complete the ColonelVision request form and wait for approval. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to get your information posted. Slides are accepted if the text is large and the contrast is sufficient on whatever background is chosen.

What details should I provide?

Only the basic information as indicated on the submittal form. Event, date, time, and location are essential.

Be brief! Your slide will run for 4 seconds.
Hit the high points: WHO is sponsoring and how to contact them, WHEN it's taking place, and WHERE the event will be held.
Please keep in mind there is limited space on ColonelVision. Each slide is limited to 270 characters. Adding a logo or small picture limits your space!
If your slide is unreadable, we will make changes.
