Creating a Student Organization

  • Complete a Registered Student Organization Registration Form.
  • Find 6 EKU Students (minimum) to be a part of your new RSO.
  • Provide the Office of Student Life your officer information and a list of your members.
  • Contact a full time faculty or staff member to serve as your advisor.
  • Have your President and Advsior subscribe to the RSO listserv.
  • Join EKU OrgSync and manage your RSO!

  • Create your agency account through the Division of Accounting and Financial Services.

    RSO Annual Reporting

    To remain an "ACTIVE" RSO with the Office of Student Life, make sure to:
  • Complete the officer information (due when officers change).
  • Have your President and Advisor subcribe to the RSO listserv.
  • Join EKU OrgSync and manage your RSO!

  • Provide a list of your members (due every semester).
  • Turn in an Update form whenever you make changes for your RSO.
  • Keep a current copy of your constitution and bylaws on file with the Office of Student Life.
