Requests and cancellations must be submitted at least 2 business days in advance. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive an email from the Office of Student Life. No advertising may take place until your reservation has been confirmed.

If your event requires additional set-up, please contact the Office of Student Life at least 2 weeks in advance.
