Colonel Vision FAQ
- Student organizations, campus sponsored events, and some news items. Personal messages, non-EKU activities and items for sale are not permitted.
- Submit a request form and wait for approval. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to get your information posted. Slides are accepted if the text is large and the contrast is sufficient on whatever background is chosen.
- Only the basic information as indicated on the submittal form. Event, date, time, and location are essential.
- Each message can run for two weeks. Exceptions may be granted.
- Contact the Office of Student Life at 622-3855 or email us!
- Be brief! Your slide will run for 4 seconds.
- Hit the high points: WHO is sponsoring and how to contact them, WHEN it's taking place, and WHERE the event will be held.
- Please keep in mind there is limited space on ColonelVision. Each slide is limited to 270 characters. Adding a logo or small picture limits your space!
- If your slide is unreadable, we will make changes.
